Angel Therapy®

Angel Therapy® allows you to work with your personal Angel team to gain insight into any area of your life. Everyone has angels with them right now, even you; and these Angels want to help you gain clarity, healing, and harmony right now. Kristy will work with you to receive information from your Angel team as well as to support you in recognizing any blocks you may be experiencing and provide information and tools so you can begin to move forward. This therapy can also allow you to receive healing messages from loved ones who have transitioned home again. This therapy will also allow you to open up to your own personal angel team and begin to foster a closer relationship with them.

Life Coaching

A life coaching program is a tailor made program to support you on moving forward with your personal dreams and goals. We will work together to create a plan that works for you which will allow you to receive the information, tools, and support that you need to move forward with confidence. Life coaching can offer you the motivation, and information you want and need to experience the life that you desire. Life coaching is a positive and action based modality which allows you to see positive changes and results quickly.

Spiritual Counseling

Spiritual counseling is a non-denominational counseling modality which incorporates psychological principles, spiritual principles, and action based modalities. This is a positive and supportive approach to counseling. This modality allows you to receive relative information, support, and a clear plan to help you gain confidence and clarity as you move forward on your path.

Coaching For Sensitive Children and Families

Sensitive children who are sometimes referred to as Indigo, Crystal, and Rainbow children have unique and specific qualities that parents, educators, and the children themselves have been reporting to researchers. These children tend to have specific needs that encompass many areas of their lives including their diet, emotional and physical needs to name only a few.

During this Coaching Program I will meet with you and your child/children to gain further insight about each child. I will also meet with you, the primary care taker to gain further insight and knowledge about the child/children, and the family as a whole. I will provide information and tools for the child/children and the family about how you can foster and support your Indigo, Crystal, and Rainbow child/children. We will discuss clear goals for your family and I will provide specific information, resources, support, and coaching for your family based on the information we discuss and the specific needs of your family.

Reiki Treatment

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy." So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki treats the whole person including body, mind, and spirit which can lead to increased relaxation and feelings of peace and well being. This treatment can be hands off or hands on. This session allows you to receive the healing benefits of Reiki which allows the body to heal, release, and open up to high frequencies in a gentle and supportive way. This session also includes information about what was found and released during the healing session.

Chakra Balancing

Energy centers or chakras in our bodies support our physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. By balancing these energy centers you are better able to release that which is no longer serving you, gain balance, and achieve a more positive well being. A chakra balancing cleans and clears the entire chakra system while gently releasing any blocks that could be creating physical, emotional, or spiritual pain. This session also includes frequency tone healing. This session also includes information about what was found and released during the healing session.

Healing with the Angels

This healing works with the Angelic Realm and allows you to release and heal anything that could be creating blocks or issues in your physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic fields; while simultaneously working with the angels to support a deep and powerful healing. While participating in this session, you will also experience working with Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael. These Archangels are non denomination beings of love who help anyone who wants to work with them. This session will help you to release any lower energies, cords or attachments of fear to any people, places, physical objects, or situations. This session also includes frequency tone healing and information about what was found and released during the healing session. This session also allows you to receive information and healing from the angelic realm.

Atlantis Healing Session

If you feel connected to the time of Atlantis; this session will allow you to gain information and insight into your Atlantean lifetime. This session will allow you to reintegrate information from your Atlantis lifetime into your current lifetime as a way to re-connect to your natural spiritual knowledge and gifts in relationship to Atlantis. This session also provides a deep healing and releasing of blocks in your field with the use of frequency toning, crystals, and energy healing. This session also includes information about what was found and released during the healing session.

Past Life Healing Session

This session allows you to receive information about a past life issue, lesson, life purpose, or relationship that may be impacting you in this lifetime. Sometimes we bring old issues or lessons from a past life into our current life which could be causing some blocks or repeating patterns for you in this lifetime. However, sometimes we choose to work on similar issues in our current life which we were working on in a past lifetime. This session can allow you to gain a lot of information about why you are working on the issues you are passionate about in this lifetime, and to reintegrate your knowledge and experience from your past lifetimes into your current lifetime. By participating in this session; you will gain insight into how to release old blocks, fears, and agreements which are no longer serving you and how to move forward in a more balanced way in this lifetime.

Crystal Therapy Healing Session

This session allows you to release blocks, stress, and old belief systems that are no longer serving you while you simultaneously receive healing from the properties of crystals. You will work with the crystals that will support the areas with which you are currently working. This is a relaxing session which allows you to get back in balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This session is open to those who have never worked with crystal therapy before as well as seasoned crystal enthusiasts. This session also includes information about what was found and released during the session.

Home or Office Smudging

During this session, I will move stagnant energy out of your home or office by using the traditional method of burning sage. This method has been used for generations to clear and purify the energy in rooms. I will also work with the Angels to bring in positive and healing energy into your home or office space. I will also discuss information about energy flow, and ways to keep the energy moving in your home or office space. Together we will set clear intentions for your home or office as part of the energy clearing process. You will keep the remainder of the sage that is used for your home or office.
